What Our Partnership Looks Like:

The following steps outline how training works over 12 monthly modules and 104 hours of instruction. For a more detailed explanation of each module please see Appendix A:

Two Day Kickoff Training Session

Our Team will work with your Leadership Team to initiate the training process by developing the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to launch your individual and organization’s “One Page Strategic Plan”.

Monthly Full Day Training Sessions

We will work with your Leadership Team to adopt, implement and embed the world class Scaling Up™ tools, skills, and best practices in order to maximize traction, momentum and results of the One Page Strategic Plan toolset and overall process.

Also included:

  • Leadership team assessments including 4 Decisions™ (4D), Organizational Health Check™ (OHC), and Opposite Strengths Inventory™ (OSi)
  • Access to all Scaling Up™ PDF exercises, tools, videos and resource materials.

Pricing for the training program:

  • $7,500 per trainee for the year
  • $4,000 per trainee for a 6 month program

Can be invoiced monthly for budgeting purposes and consistency.

  • Learn how the Four Decisions (People, Strategy, Execution, Cash) create a foundation for business strategic planning.
  • Have the knowledge to develop their One Page Strategic Plan based on these Four Decisions including 3 to 5 key thrusts for the next 3 years, 3 to 5 objectives for the current fiscal year and 3 to 5 Rocks for the current quarter.

  • Was the draft One Page Strategic Plan completed with identified Key Thrusts, Yearly Objectives and Quarterly Rocks?
Month 2 Rockefeller Habits Checklist / WWW 8 The team will

  • Learn how to evaluate the organization using the Rockefeller Habits Checklist
  • Have the knowledge to establish individual accountabilities based on this evaluation that are in line with their One Page Strategic Plan.

Month 3 Core Values 8 The team will:

  • Learn how to recognize values that are “alive” and contribute to organizational culture and growth.
  • Learn how to assess the effectiveness of their organizational values.
  • Have the knowledge to review and/or create organizational core values that match the kind of culture and growth they are trying to build in their One Page Strategic Plan.

Month 4 Talent Assessment 8 The team will:

  • Learn employee profile types (A, B, C).
  • Learn how matching profiles, job positions and work tasks can contribute to or detract from building the organization.
  • Have the knowledge to evaluate the employees reporting to them as A, B or C players.
  • Have the knowledge to place and hire employees more effectively in positions suited to their strengths.

Month 5 Function Accountability Chart 8 The team will:

  • Assess who is accountable for each critical function within the organization.
  • Have the knowledge to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

Month 6 Cash Acceleration Strategies 8 The team will:

  • Learn about the Cash Flow Cycle and how it impacts potential for organizational growth.
  • Have the knowledge to evaluate the organization’s Cash Flow Cycle.
  • Have the knowledge to determine and execute the actions required to shorten it.

Month 7 Power of One 8 The team will:

  • Learn how small changes (1%, 1 day) can drive more cash to the bottom line.

  • Have the knowledge to recognize what small changes may have big impact on the organization’s cash flow.

Month 8 Strengths, Weaknesses & Trends 8 The team will

  • Learn how to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses

Month 9 Core Customer / Brand Promise 8 The team will:

  • Learn about the power of creating a brand promise that has meaning for the organization’s core customer.

  • Have the knowledge to create organizational brand promises that matches organizational values and the core customer.

Month 10 Sandbox 8 The team will:

  • Assess the organization’s potential fields of play
